Kako smršati / How to lose weight

U doba opsesije dijetama, brojanjem kalorija, treningom, dobrim izgledom pojavio se naravno i mnogo dijeta za mršavljenje, mnogo sprava za vježbu, dodataka ishrani, dietalnih pića, jela, ma svega, apsolutno svega sto bi vam trebalo pomoći da smršate. Naravno većina toga apsolutno nikako ne funkcioniše. Sve do sada, pojavila se nova vrsta vježbe, koja na žalost trenutno djeluje samo kod bjelkinja 🙂 (manite se rasističkih komentara), valjda zbog psihičkog sklopa ili šta znam…na kraju krajeva pogledajte reklamu, prosudite sami i lijepo mi spavajte, laku noć.

In time of diet obsession, counting calories, workout, good looks a number of weight loss diets, exercise equipment,  food supplements, diet drinks, food, what ever you wish, absolutely everything to help you loose weight. Of corse most of it never worked, until now. There is a new workout program which unfortunately for some only works for white women 🙂 (leave the racist remarks for yourself), I guess it’s because of the psychological schematics or whatever…I mean watch the commercial, judge for yourself and sweet dreams, good night.
