With age our skin loses moisture and elasticity and our muscles lose the tone – our skin starts to wrinkle. Outer skin layers lose moisture, become thinner and transparent.
If you are one of those who is afraid of aging, wrinkles but also needles and Botox, not to mention facelift, we recommend a simple way to fight the appearance of wrinkles. Face exercise is not a new trend, it has been around for ages and date back to times when plastic surgery was not even a dream. It costs nothing but some privacy and time for yourself.
NECK AND JAW EXERCISE
Sit with your back straight and lean your head backwards so you look into the ceiling above you. Press your lips together and try to make strong chewing moves with your jaw – 20 times. This will help keep the tone of the neck and jaw muscles.
CHEEKS AND MOUTH EXERCISE
Sit with your back straight and lean your head backwards so you look into the ceiling above you. Open your mouth and stick your tongue out as far as it is comfortable to do. Breathe steadily and count to ten before returning to starting position.
MOUTH AND JAW EXERCISE
Sit straight, look forward. Open your mouth as much as possible without it being uncomfortable for you. Breathe through your nose and count to 10. Close your mouth.
EYES AND EYEBROWS EXERCISE
Sit straight, look forward. Raise your eyebrows as much as you can then look as far left and as far right as you can. Repeat five times.
Seems easy doesn’t it? You can exercise as much as you want but do not overdo it, sometimes less, really is more. Remember that these exercises don’t remove wrinkles but help prevent the appearance of new ones. Also, do not forget to use the skin care products.
