Škoda has taken the wraps off the revamped Superb sedan that now comes with new interior materials and designs, better space and reduced consumption and emission levels.
The front end has been completely redesigned up to the A-pillar. The Škoda Superb gets new wider grille, car logo, head and fog lights, bumpers, front fenders and bonnet.
The vehicle comes with bi-xenon headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights.
The rear of the Superb, including the tail lights, has also been redesigned.
The face lifted Superb comes with the same engine choices as earlier– a 1.8-litre TSI petrol engine, a 2.0-litre TDI and a 3.6-litre V6 petrol engine. The TSI motor comes with the option of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG auto gearbox. The 2-litre diesel and the 3.6-litre V6 is available with a six-speed DSG only.
The Superb is now available in two metallic finishes: metal grey and moon white. New 16- to 18-inch alloy wheels are also on offer, informs the company.
On the inside, the Škoda Superb gets three- and four-spoke steering wheels in a total of nine variations.
Also, there are nine new fabrics and patterns for the seat covers as well as new designs. The highest trim also has a brown-ivory color combination available.
