Submerged

Serenity surrounds two bodies

one of me, one of water

I cast a gaze towards the crumbling skies

Grey

I hear myself breathe

The world passes by

water keeps  the sounds away

I am calm

what I hear is what I fear the most

Silence screams louder and louder

I close my eyes

Submerge my whole body

Tranquility embraces my wish for peace

If only I could breathe without air
